REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase. 

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded:

• Perishable items
• Newspapers and magazines
• Sanitary and personal care products
• Some health products
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids and gasses
• Gift cards
• Sale items

If you are not 100% happy with your order, please email us a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to sydneypurchasing@campusandco.com along with a reason for the return, and we will issue a refund if the reason for return is acceptable.

Items unavailable at time of order packing

Unfortunately, due to high demand, some products may not be available when your order is packed. In this case, we will contact you to offer an alternative, or the item will be removed from your order before payment is processed.  A note will be made on your packing slip that the product was unsupplied.

Items missing from your order

Sometimes we make mistakes! If there is an item missing off your order, please contact us and we will offer you a refund, or deliver the missing item along with your next order.
